i went to this shop on 13th May, 2020 to buy a Voltas AC but these guys convinced me to buy a Panasonic AC. The Panasonic AC did not work right from day 1. After many visits to their shop and hundreds of calls, finally I got their service guys to check it out on 29th May - check out the pictures - that is how their BRAND NEW Panasonic AC functions! The service guys found that the fan inside the AC was broken to pieces due to a bent cooling pipe - they went back to this Unique enterprises and pulled out a fan from another AC and fixed it in my AC on the premise that they will replace it within a week - but that never happened! And a couple of weeks later I started having problems with the same AC again! The Unique Enterprises guys not only sold me an absolute piece of junk but they are actively hand-in-glove with the Panasonic guys and try every trick in the book to shirk responsibility for the product they sell to customers.
If you talk to unique enterprises, they will put you on to some guy in Panasonic and that guy will put you on to some other guy and the story goes on. Long story short - UNIQUE ENTERPRISES & PANASONIC needs to take responsibility for the product they sell to their customers.
The AC I bought from them failed within 24 hours and a month later, they are still trying to only repair it instead of replacing the unit right away. BETTER AVOID SUCH SHOP KEEPERS INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY. I have no option but to seek legal remedies against such unscrupulous shop keepers.
Look at the pictures - this is how Panasonic ACs work! Maybe I should have bought a cheap second hand AC from OLX which would have probably worked better than this Panasonic AC from Unique Enterprises!
Latest update: After struggling for a whole day to get the Panasonic & Unique Enterprises guys to fix or replace my AC their technicians came around 5pm and found that they had left behind one piece of broken fan during their last visit which was hitting the fan and making a big noise! Overall - pathetic product & service by Panasonic and of course horribly bad support by their dealer Unique Enterprises. If you buy anything from this shop rest assured you will be left in the lurch as soon as your money hits their account. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SHOP FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
