★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good building and small society... construction of the place is good.. and ots well maintained...appearace of. the building is good...looks pretty tall.... security os okk... not so tight or reliable for people to blind trust.... during the peak hours its very difficult to travel anywhere from that place... the place is closer to jogeshwari railway station.... about 1.6 km

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained 2 and 3 BHK complex with all modern amenities like club house, swimming pool, play area, piped gas, and professional security. It has three levels of car parking, including reserved parking for guests. The society management team is very active and ensure that the building is well maintained.
The gentry is well educated upper middle class families consisting of corporate professionals, business men, and also famous bollywood celebrities. The building has very active and peaceful resident community.
Adjacent to the building, there are many shops. Infinity mall and Run Republic are 5 min away. Kokilaben Ambani hospital is about 15 min away from the building.
Metro line 6 will pass next to Evershine Embassy. The work has begun and it is expected to complete in 2022. Once done, it boost the connectivity to WE highway, JVLR, Seepz and Powai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasent society to stay in. I've had one of my best memories in this place. It was great view. The neighbours were very sweet. The security was very helpful. 10/10 to this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society has decent area to have a evening work or cycling.
Main disadvantage is all the flats have sipage problem. Even parking lot have sipage problem. We have white colour car, due to water dripping, it get stain iron patches all over car.
Society members and management didn't make any effort to get the job done.
Third and last disadvantage is, this area is near to 3 Mosque and during prayer time it's very difficult for us , as I am now having wfh. Metro construction is going on nearby so you can't even sleep properly at night. The noise will make you mad..
