★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained pool gym and spa. The tracking paths are not so smooth tho. No party hall is a small drawback. Office bearers and other staff of the society is helpful. Neighbors are nice people mostly. Small park is ok. Shops below the flats is a plus point. Living here since 2 years. Location is awesome. Very convineint and prime.

Every wing is 15th floors of wing and every floor has 4 flat .
Facilities : lift facilities and security guard and electricity and water everything available for residential people .
This is known as royal classic apt. Which is at link road near city mall and infinity mall and closed to sashtri nagr apart from this one of terrible experience with their residential from G Wing of 6th floor which was really terrible and disgusting with my one of knowing person who went for the delivery of parcel. Overall building and facilities is awesome but we can't say the people can be same because they are so much rich .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for 5 years and absolutely adore, miss this place. There's all kinds of apartments, good amenities, parking mostly available for people on rent. Only rating this 4 star because of it's location next to drain water and somewhat rude behaviour from the society members.
