★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is monopoly with Regards to vendors. You simply don't have options as customers.
for example : Airtel , Hathaway or any big ISP is not allowed to provide broadband services. So that local internet providers can charge ₹5000 pm for a 50 mbps connection!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better housing societies in this area.
The managing committee does a good job of running the society. Lifts have AMC and generally they get repaired same day or next day.
Security personnel are strict and that is an advantage.
There is ample parking space though one has to pay Rs 1000 per month for car parking.
Dust bins get cleared in a timely manner and the common areas are washed once every week.
