★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worst nbfc, no one picks up the call when we call to their customer care number or write to their mail id.
Even after my timely payments of all emi their collection department call me multiple times in a day to repay my missed emi, I don't know what's wrong with them.
Even after multiple complaints on their various social media platforms, they never connect you back, neither they will give you your loan statement, nor they'll tell their branches or office location where we can visit and do the proper closing formalities.
They'll just harass you and financepeer badly effecting my cibil score.
Totally losers, I don't think so, their office location in Andheri is legit.
Totally fraudsters...??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience . We took and Lon for 10 month tenure and all emi deducted and this month extra one emi deducted and they are saying 3 more pending . Following with them
To share the detailed statement of which month is pending no response . I have shared my statement with them still no response and the CustomerCare executives are very rude they don’t know how to speak to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are Totally WORST.once the loan starts these guys don't even receive the calI. I have been constantly mailing them for closure details to close the loan but they are not at all replying. Their customer service is pathetic. I am really very frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst finance service i had ever deal with, Worst employees(Manager) not try to listen his own mistakes. Personally advise not to use this service they
put so much penalty because there systems are not good enough to deduct EMI on time and you will be charged for the same.
After some time they will threatened you with lots of unwanted calls.

Loan process will be smooth but once the loan closed these guys don't even know you. I have been constantly mailing them for closure statement but they are not at all replying. My loan closed on October 2022 still they are following for EMI payment. Their customer service is pathetic. I am really frustrated.
Don't go for these guys.
