Had spoken to Mr Rajiv Kumar at the HDFC branch at juhu versova link road branch regarding an neft issue i had done for my account. I was supposed to get a feedback as to what the status. I had initiated the query on 18 june and since it was a Saturday i was told to wait till monday 20 june for a status report. However its 28 jun today n i am still awaiting my status report. This is pathetic service by the bank!

Bank staff was very polite. They helped me out with my Aadhaar update request. Seema madam was very helpful and accommodating. She was very polite and fast as well. Very good service.

Extreme superb service. Very helpfull staff . Have been an account holder for more than 15 years. I have no complaints.

I have been banking with HDFC versova for over 12 years now. I was very impressed with their services when my RMs were Leena, Lavnya and Devamalya. I am sure they had their good reasons to leave the bank and join something else. After they left I was given Manoj Pal as my RM, he would never respond to my calls or messages, all he did was spammed my mailbox with promotional messages. He was not bothered about what I was looking for. When I told him you are not helpful, I was given an RM (Pradnya) in HDFC Hiranandani Powai branch because my work location then was Powai. She was no better and delayed all my banking needs. I spoke with their Bosses Dheeraj Singh (Versova) and Jitendra Jha (Powai). While Jitendra had no business to reapond to me, Dheeraj promised to get me an RM who will understand my needs and help accordingly. He assigned me Vikkram Singh (Versova), he was worse than everyone else. He would never keep up with the dates and timing of meetings. He messed up all my SIP forms - sometimes wrote wrong dates and sometimes missed filling mandatory fields all together. I gave him 50K monthly sip investment in December 2018, it’s been more than 4 months and my money is still not completely invested. When complained to Dheeraj Singh again he promised that he will fix the issue but no revert to my calls or messages as yet. Recently I received an email that my RM has changed again! Please, never bank with HDFC, specially their RMs are pathetic so be careful. They are salesmen who will try and sell you products and services for their benefits and are least bothered about your banking needs or benefits.

Useless for adhar card services. I stay out of India and visit annually. Last year my application was returned because of missing information. This time the service in the bank was down and had no ETA on when it would be back. The staff is polite but has no efficiency.

Counter services are poor specially cash deposit and withdrawal. Relationship manager either not available does not pick up phone. Overall bad services. Today the counter lady did not even look at NRE account holder for 10 minutes

Rudolph from their Juhu Versova branch is the most unprofessional and inefficient one can come across. It's been a month since he hasn't been able to return a call for a simple query, neither has he even delegated to arrange for a response. What's the point in spending so much on advertising when the employees let the service down. HDFC Bank is a terrible place to avail any service from because once they have you as their coustomer, they refuse to amount to anything. Not to mention of you refuse a service from them, they send people abusive texts.

I have an account with this branch past 18yrs but past few years I was facing this problem of unprofessional attitude of this branch. Today I had a very bad experience where, very poor attention given to clients . I was there in the branch for almost 3hrs , no one had any clue for the credit card personal who can help me. Only one person handling the issue was out for calls n rest public didn't have any clue. My disappointment went further when none of them had the numbers for any cc department based in chandivali or others cell, there is no list put up in the branch for refrence . All they have is the call center number where my query could not be solved. The branch manager was right in front ,seeing me sitting at one place for 2 1/2hrs but didn't have the curtsy to come and ask the issue.. This shows how unprofessional the staff is when you see a person but ignore them. Would appreciate a reply and also to improve the custermer handling profesionally !
