When I opened the account they were so polite and humble but now they are very ignorant of the things, I paid someone through Google pay but the amount was not credited to the person's account but got debited from my account, I contacted the bank and even filled the form for it and kept regularly visiting the bank, they use to say Haan madam ho jayega... but now it's been approx 1.5 yrs and they haven't resolved it.
And another thing is the pass book printing machine, more than half of the time it's not even working and the staff says 15 days baad hoga 20 days baad hoga...
I never write negative review about anything but this service has forced me to do so..
I feel like closing the account from here
And now also I paid some amount in the mall but that money got stucked so I went to the bank for enquiry but it's now 2 weeks and they haven't done anything
