Staff doesnt does how to work properly, the system is always down or slow, too much delaying for a small work. And they call it Indias best bank... lol Not even close to best. Pathetic Sevice at hdfc andheri west branch. Worst branch i have ever been to.

I have been a customer of this Branch since past 14 years and I am trying to reach to complete my KYC details after I received an email from Bank. I had sent 3 emails since February 2021 from my registered email address and till date I didn't receive any response. Didn't expect such a delayed response from HDFC Bank..very very bad experience and that too it's my first time.

Worst experience.... They only know how to make customer mad... And earn from customer.. By not giving services rather. Have put the application for closure. They don't knw how to talk with customer wen it comes to the closure of the account... And charging higher amt of penalty unnecessarily.

My experience today at hdfc bank was very bad. I have been banking with them for so many years. Today I feel I should close my accounts and go to some other bank which is helpful . I had done a wrong imps unfortunately. So I lodged a complain with hdfc bank to sort it out. The helpline told me it will take 7 days. I called them and asked them to send a mail to the benefiary bank and they told me to go to the branch and tell them to do it . At the branch I spent one and half hour just waiting for someone to help. No one seem to know anything. Infact the beneficiary bank was so helpful that they asked me to ask hdfc to send a mail and they will credit the amount back. But hdfc was just moving at their own pace. It is like you are hitting your head on a wall. Pathetic service....

Very pathetic service. No proper information. Not helpful to customers. Better to bank with some other bank. They don't provide a direct contact number of the branch to contact and if we call the call center they don't have any option to transfer to the branch.
