★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to be in Mumbai if you need Contacts Lenses.
I had to get contact lenses first time but was very scared.
They have very helpful staff at the branch named Mansi here.
She spent 1 hour with me just to get the contact lenses practice properly.
I would not have able to get it done with any other doctor .
I was also supplied with different types of free trials to check which is the most comfortable for me.
So overall it is the best experience ever .
Will recommend to everyone one to come to this branch specially for contact lenses if you need them for first time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a frame and progressive lens, paid in advance. On reciving SMS - went to collect my eye glasses. Was shocked to know my product was delivered to someone else. Phatetic internal controls. Now I have to wait for them to identify a person to whom they delivered and pray that it gets returned in safe condition. Can't believe such a goof up can happen at Tata store. Highly disappointed.

I gave my requirements and with few moment to my surprise I was offered with 4-5 watches for selection. Worth visiting and will suit your pocket!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what professionalism means. I was till now only aware that I have some issue with my left eye but none was able to give clarity as to what is the issue. I randomly walked in this store seeing Titan name and got my eye tested here. The optometrist Mr. Faraz was very professional and did a through eye test and after the eye test he gave good amt of time and explained me about the issue that I was facing.
