★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery and installation services are pathetic. They give wrong commitments on delivery and installation dates. The delivery was delayed and i wasn't even informed about it. When the delivery happened next day (after we called them several times), it was incomplete. I got the bed but not the side tables. Post delivery, their installation team doesn't share the correct information. Either no one coordinates internally or they just give false facts to the consumer. And they stop attending your calls when the carpenter is not there at the designated time. Absolute harassment to the consumer and extremely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 2 sofa from Evok in gurgaon store .Both are sofas perfectly delivered to me also Carpaintet has came to assemble for sofa on same day and he assemble the sofa very well. I recommend to buy furniture from Evok Thanks Evok Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard cushion, colour not as expected, lot of follow ups since time of order, to get this delivered. Had to write to CEO and post on twitter in order to get a call from them. Would not recommend.

1. I purchased one of the most expensive beds of evok. The colour shown on the website and also the same bed in the showroom are exact colours however the one delivered to me is competely different and I don't like it much.
2. The side tables are not delivered along with the bed and I strongly doubt that that will differ in colour
Evok: Please replace the bed and deliver me the colour which is shown in the website and in showroom.
