★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company in Pune, waste of time. They tooks four rounds for interview on seperate week days. Finally HR told me you will get offer letter in 2-3 days. They never send me the offer.

EHI can be definitely considered as a company where you can work for a longer period of time. They are very specific when it comes to hiring any candidate, so you will need to be really smart and honest while presenting your profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management for hiring process. I had applied for QA Manual Role and it took almost a month of hiring process, they have taken 5 round of interviews and everything was good. HR is worst they don't pick up calls after all rounds done. I called them 2 3 times for give me some feedback but they refuses to pick up the calls. then I suddenly I got a rejected mail from HR. says
"After the interview process, we unfortunately have to inform you that we will not proceed further with your application. Please consider this decision as the outcome of an extremely competitive selection process."
I mean please give the right feedback to the candidate so they can work on their gaps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is worst as they recruitment team is so not a capable team everytime they call me they give me a link to fill and submit and they do not reply after that hopeless system and hopeless management the HR and other people please check if the profile was already seen by you guys and also reply with the feedback...
