Unprofessional drivers and staff.
Buses are not even clean....ac doesn't work properly
U will never get seats you booed....u have to adjust with seats u get
Bus takes very less stops ...and in this also these places are just yukkkkk
Hate this service
I regret the money I spent on such bus
Totally disappointed
Runied my travel....reallyyyy hate this service ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a single star for this travel service. But had to as it won't allow my post. Pick up was done 3 hrs late and contact numbers are not provided to follow up. Worst experience. Will suggest not to take this service. They keep on changing buses. Price is too high and service is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took their bus yesterday from Nagpur to Pune. Sleeper coach. Paid almost 1500 for this..
What did i get .
I was traveling with my wife and we could not sleep because the curtain was missing and everyone was peeping in whine passing by.. When requested the bus conductor he said ADJUST KARLO.
We stopped for a break @8 pm, conductor told everyone it is a 15 mins halt was using washroom and all.
Everybody came back and was waiting outside the locked bus in the rain. The driver and conductor came back after 45 mins.
Then again in Amravati the bus stopped for almost 30 mins, because 2 seats got down and they wanted to find passengers while all the passengers requesting to please move the bus.
At 11 few of the passengers asked to stop the bus for dinner, the driver said the dinner is already done when we stopped at 8.. Everyone told him the stop was for washroom break. The driver turned a deaf ear and kept driving even when everyone was shooting at him to stop the bus.. Kept saying "nahi rukegi".
Somehow everyone went back to their seats and slept by 11.30 as tge driver was adamant that he can't delay the bus. Then [email protected] he sirfsto and someone got in the bus and started fighting with the driver another 30 mins gone.
Due to many stops and sleepless travel due to the missing curtains we reached Pune at around 7am.
Overall, worst condition bus, expensive tickets, unorganised stops, very uncooperative staff. I would not recommend this travel to anyone. We were stuck in the last moment travel plans hence took this so called "Bus".

They shift your booking without even pet you know that your booking is shifted to non-ac to ac. I have booked non-ac for my parents as they have got health issues and had to book non-ac for them but this travel shifted my booking without my knowledge and when I came to drop them I got to know they shifted my booking to AC citizen.. Worst experience.
They don't care for people and their health, don't understand their situation.
It doesn't deserve even a single star.
Should consider this as negative ratting from. My end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A third class bus service this travels have. Do not ever travel , instead pay a bit more money and get the comfort from some other travelers. Usless people got 8 people from padmavati parking who were at the last compartment, without masks no social distancing and later after leaving pune were sitting with driver. Traveller's said its a very good bus ao we had done our booking, later seeing the bus on stop it was horrible. DO NOT EVER TRAVEL. Traveller's took 1200 bucks from us as we had booked 1 week before, later on the same day the guy was giving the booking for 800 bucks saying bus cannot go empty.
