★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't use this travel bus. Because it show wrong timing in online service and bus always be late more then 3 hour. They are giving very poor service. Even they can't imagine how much problem customer facing because of their poor service. Show please make sure when you use this bus for Pune to Nagpur route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not travel in this bus worst quality. untidy seat there were no AIR CONDITION NOT WORKING I TRAVELED TODAY BUS NO. ENDING 7091 FROM HYD TO MUMBAI driver was idiot. They just drive to reach destination without thinking about passengers on board. Please do not travel a single time in this bus.after all this experience there were no curtains in mirror i ask them replace my seat they made me fool. Guys do not ever travel this is my latest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go to Indore on 17th May 2019 . I had booked a ticket for bus ( citizen travels aboli) with departure scheduled at 6:15 p.m IST from Pune . Firstly , I got a meesage from the team that bus has got delayed . And then .. they just cancelled the bus because they could not get it repaired . They also did not have any backup bus wherein they could accommodate passengers . Really bad service .

They cancelled bus & not done refund.
Story: I booked a ticket online then citizen travels cancelled bus for their personal reason but I haven't received refund. I called many times to citizen travels but no use. Their reply was shocking to me. One of there lady executive said, "You should not book ticket online.. here only you customers make mistake." The staff is very unprofessional & rude.
Some of their executives gave another contact number to check with their payment partner.. they people says "you should have get your refund by this time, check ur account..." that means they seems customers are fool to call them without checking their a/c..
Still not got refund.. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the worst travels I have ever seen. There are 'n' number of complaints that I can tell about this travels. First of all they came 1 hour late to pick up. Inside the bus the maintenance was really bad. Then the real story begins in the morning, bus got punctured twice. To my surprise, the most horrible thing is they don't even have spare tyre with them and also no suitable jack. So they have to find out some nearby puncture shop and get it done and that took forever. This shows how careless is the management about safety and comfort of the passengers. It is a minimum common sense to keep a spare tyre if you are running a bus for such a long distance that to on summer season. There are so many families with small kids in the bus, just imagine how they will manage for food if bus got punctured twice in the day time at a place where you will find only open fields and nothing else. This is really horrible experience. My sincere request to the travels management is, care for your passengers and their safety, which we are not asking you for doing it for free, we paying you for that right!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus I have ever experienced... there are many bed bugs ... when I reported to cleaner and driver, there is no action taken by them... and the sitting arrangement is also different compared to the displayed pattern in site (I have booked in the left side of the bus, but the seat is in right side ) ... It got punctured and there is no extra tire with them ... they borrowed from an other passing travels after a long time .
Overall it's a worst experience... If there is a chance to give 0 or negative rating, I will prefer that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bus(MP30P5777) from Pune to Indore or Vice versa. Don't buy ticket in any citizan bus. Capacity is 40 but they took atleast 55 passanger. Not clean and hygiene. To save money from Toll gate they took different routes which are not at all good and tym saving. The reach tym was 7.15 AM we reach at 1 PM. The bus took 18hrs to reach indore from Pune. The stop they took for dinner or any rest room are not at all clean. Each and ever female passanger are angry and souted. Be careful while booking citizen bus.
