No proper communication to travellers. Harsh behavior of drivers. If it's your last drop then they won't drop you in the destination point. No one from management is ready to answer your calls as well.!

bedsheet full clean with proper clean blanket A/c bhi mast hai and proper free snacks bag( Mineral water half liter, lays, chocolate refreshing wipes, Good Day Butter cookies ) news paper ( The Times of India , Bonbay Times ) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is related to SVR Tours & Travels. My journey date was 27 Oct from Mumbai to Hyderabad. My ticket number is "TJBQ24988962". Bus did not come to destination (i.e. Vashi Old Toll Naka). Called customer care several times but no one took the call. After some time when got in contact informed me that bus has left the destination i.e. 4.30 PM even though the departure time was 4.50 PM. Also informed me that they were about to reach Pune around 5.50 PM. Asked me to reach Pune before 9, if I wanted to board the same. Feeling as if I am totally cheated. Kindly refund my money.

A/C Sleeper (2+1):
1. Not clean inside bus.(Bed sheets and pillows were not arranged after last trip)
2. Charging port dosn't work some times.
3. Got delayed by 2 hours due to issues with RTA Checkpost (****)
4. Not on time pickup.
5. Driver/conductor doesn't pickup call.
6. Water bottel not provided
pros:
1. Driving is good.
2. Has drop point at gachibowli ORR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whrost service ever in my life. Bus was broke down at night and driver told passenger that neither driver nor bus operator is responsible for rest of journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience traveling. They have tied up with Vipul travels. Bus came 45 minutes late than scheduled time.Bus condition is worst. Even state bus transport busses are better then this. Horrible experience. Lot of other options are available. Do not book tickets in SVR travels and Vipul travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst journey experience in my life, took 19 hrs to shirdi from Hyderabad and changed 2 buses in between. I request travellers not to choose SVR travels for any kind of journey. Plzz don't the same mistake what we do. Very irresponsible management.
