★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is not as it should be for a sleeper type, Poor AC (I think it's not turned on constantly for some millage sake).
Not working tv and lights will never turn on. They will literally irritate you by not talking update from they rectification team. By they way they will not have an update that how may ppl will get down in some perticular location, they dripped me 1km ahead of my drop location, one best thing is they didn't ask for that extra long kilometre..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the night bus service taken from Pune to Hyderabad. Took the bus from go tour office opposite Jehangir hospital. Bus was nice and clean, checked tickets and temperature, sanitized hands. Pillows and blankets were there, proper charging points, bottle holders, radio, small lcd tv for every seat. There were two by one sleeper class seating in the double storied bus. Two bathroom breaks were given before Solapur. Driving was very smooth, very less jerks felt during sleep. All in all, recommended night bus journey to Hyderabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at Go tours is awesome. I travelled from Pune to Hyderabad and buses are fab. The staff at Ruby Hall office is very polite, helpful and caring especially Hussain. It is one of best bus services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Go tour bus gave me the worst experience. This bus is highly pricey, yet it is not a luxury because it is unpleasant and bouncy. Jabbar Buses are the best in terms of service, luxurious and comfort. As I travelled via Jabbar bus from Hyderabad to Pune. And I took the Go tour bus back from Pune to Hyderabad. I strongly advise you not to squander your money because you will suffer greatly and regret it.
