★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a paying customer I should be able to do way more than just post a negative review about this good for nothing bus carrier. They are worst to say the least. Their staff is extremely rude. They never match their stated timings. Their staff stops and onboard random short distance passengers all throughout the journey. From the owner down to each and every little cleaner/driver, everybody at Verma is only looking to make a quick buck. Absolutely avoid if possible.

This travels is worst travels I had ever experienced.
I had reservation from Pune to Dewas.
They changed my bus to Volvo and didn't informed.
I waited at the stop and then Volvo arrived.
I asked the Volvo driver about other bus he said must be arriving soon.
After 45 mins driver picked up my call (He was Volvo driver) and said bus had left the stop.
No information nothing and bus left.
I was left with nothing just wasted my 2.5 hrs on the stop and couldn't even travel to my destination.
Will never ever travel in thus bus again.
No customer service, no helpline contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bus Timing was 7:15pm @Nashik phata stop, then it was showing early arrival @7:00pm
So i reached the stop @6:45pm.
I waited till 8:15pm for bus.
It's really very disappointing to accept the delay kf 1:30hours.
Very bas service.
