They stopped for food and said come out every one we are closing doors 20 minutes
One guy mainly doing nonsence.
If you book this bus definitely you will regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service possible. Bus got delayed by more than 3 hours. No one is ready to even intimate the exact time of arrival. Listed the same bus from a different timeline and provided wrong bus details to the redbus database. Fraudsters of the highest order. Don't book even in case of emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve 1 rating. Bus condition is pathetic, seats are torn off and the blankets are dirty. They don't have luggage area maybe because they are using it for their own stuff or some other goods. Had to keep my luggage on my seat. Moreover they pile up everything near the back seat. One of the passenger got hurt because of a luggage falling on his face in a/c sleeper. Please dont travel with them as it might be your worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL IN THIS BUS. I don't have any personal grudge for this travel agency but I had a pathetic experience. Not only me but my co-passengers also. From the beginning the bus was late for 5 hours. I literally waited for 5 hours for this bus and the driver and conductor their behaviour was worst. On the middle of the way they stopped again because bus broke down. I should say never ever travel in this bus by mistake also otherwise ready to face consequences. This is a local bus. Not safe for women also. Go for SRS or VRL or any other good bus. But NOT THIS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely bad service. They don't know weather their bus/container has left the destination or not. They don't even know where the bus/container is or tye drivers number. No one knows anything. The way they talk on the phone is also bad and disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is on time departure from Bengaluru but it reached 5hrs late to mumbai supposed to reach by 2pm but we reached at 7pm...
Worst experience ever i had in travelling by bus.... Never try these buses nly if they provide good service buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent enough bus with more or less comfortable journey, but while offering rest stop, they mentioned that the halt was only for 10 minutes, but the bus stopped there for more than half-an-hour. Had they given correct information, the passengers could have got some refreshments or have some food. The bus staff though, had proper food during the stop, and kept the passengers waiting.
