โ โ โ โ โ Did Annual Health check up today. Excellent management. Very cooperative and trained staff. Even though there was heavy rush, staff managed it well. Only concern, place of pantry. Please please change place of pantry. It is very difficult to have breakfast in such a crowded place. It must be separated. Thanks....

This is our first time to do the medical check-up in Jahangir hospital. I am really proud to say that what ever the tests we have done are very systematically, disciplined.. Also we appreciate the staff for different depts. For their loving behaviour for the completion of every test within a scheduled time and their pleasurable service.

โ โ โ โ โ My father underwent a knee replacement surgery here. Firstly, there is no internal communication between teams/floors. They kept telling us to go to the OT and speak to the doctor only for us to wait 45 minutes to realize he didn't even call us. Secondly, my father was admitted to a private ward. The medical staff in charge of ward duties barely managed to do their job. Sisters would plug in IV injections but forget to turn them on. You had to follow up twice to ensure they came back to do it. It took ages for them to get the bed pan work done. The discomfort of patients was barely important for them even though their tags say - "Patient First". He still has a couple of days before getting discharged. I would sincerely recommend families to check on competency of medical staff before thinking of getting someone admitted here.

โ โ โ โ โ I had annual health checkup 2 yrs before and came here again based on my prior good experience. All went as per my expectations and smoothly. I believe in their report as they have good laboratory equipments and experienced staff and doctors. They do it sincerely and I had a great experience without any problem. Truly experienced professional service. Apollo group hospitals are really good and recommend.
