★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver and conductors/cleaners are very rude and non professional.
My mother travelled to Pune today and we had very bad experience:
The driver stopped at the designated stop, however atarted the bus without letting my mother get down. And then started argument that she should have come to the cabin before the stop in moving bus.
I had to chase the bus on road to make them stop.
Further the driver seemed under age and started cursing instead of accepting the mistake.
Also, ignoring the safety since there was space and bus was underboooked, the drivers picked up unknown/random passengers on the route. Sacrifing covid safety as well, no one of the staff was wearing mask, there was no sanitation.
This is again one of the worst experience with Hans travels. They charge hefty ticket price, however are hiring cheap arrogant staff with poor professionalism. I would not recommend much to travel with Hans travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Booked a A/c sleeper Bus from jabalpur to pune on 30th March but bus dropped indore border instead saying it will not travel to pune because of covid19 pandemic situation, immediately after that I requested bus operator to drop me back to Hans office but instead they left me on indore border. operator did not give any informational document regarding cancellation, I have already raised this issue on redbus but not getting any valid response and honestly I'm running out of patience. Kindly confirm with concerned person from Hans travels in indore, the bus did not drop to Pune as commitment instead it got cancelled and was also told they will initiate refund but very poor service from such reputed company. I'm definitely going to raise this issue on every digital platform and make sure people get to know the service provider do not care about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service... Boarding time was 6@m it will be reaching upto 9@m. N driver dont have conmon sense how to talk wt customers. Too much arrogant. Useless fellow .Not happy at all...not evn feel to give single star also. Cannot cancel booking. Worst service ever in pune. I think Hans travels dont have any importance of customer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very very bad experiences of travel in hans buses. Latest one is it's parcel service. While taking parcel delivery they charge handling charges additional on top of prepaid receipt you have. No receipt for that, if you question it they refuse to give parcel to you. Also these guys are so arrogant that they are not afraid of negative feedbacks too.
Never ever go for their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, bus came 4 hours late and the staff had no concerns at all. From Pune to indore the entire journey, sirf local train jaise passengers pick up and drop chalta hai, worse travel i've been in the past 10 years of traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is good. Its hygenic. Its trustworthy. But there are lot of cons... like Bus gets delayed atleast by 3 hours... There are lot of unauthorized passengers picked up from anywhere and everywhere. Majorly, the rest stops are cruel... Pathetic and hans must look into it. Carry your own food and water. Bus stops at so many spots that you can pee in washrooms. Bua drivers and staff are very helpful but without mask and smoking cigarettes whole night. You will not get the smell in your seat though its sealed good. Its my personal view. I like Hans Bus but long routes must be carefully crafted.
