Positive Outlook Management is transparent and approachable,technical members are very much supportive. Good opportunities to learn more and implement. Flexible office timings and positive environment makes the place acceptable.

One the worst companies I have ever seen. Before you appear for an interview, they will call you.But after you are done with their so called interview process, their 2 working days never come and they don't bother calling you. I don't understand what's the problem in telling the candidates if they are not selected and the reason why. I think this happens only in this company where a candidate called for HR round for some negotiations as usual after crack all technical phase. But after that there is no any response while the candidate willing to accept the offer. May be its company norms or candidate is not fit in their budget but if it is , I think there should not be proceed with that candidate after 1st round .Even candidate doesn't even get to know the reason.You have to figure it out by your own. This is highly unprofessional and shows how is your life going to be in such a irresponsible company. They want candidates with 5-8 years of experience, but don't wanna pay accordingly. So basically they want us to do charity.

: It is very bad place to work. Here they will hire you easily but will through you without any reason, they are totally mad organized lot of politics happening there. if you are experienced candidate then you can find another place. Management very bed, totally non technical person setting there, only two technical guys will decide you can do work or not, that also happen after 10-15 day of joining means if you could have good opportunity then that you will miss.
