Though,their Salary Structure is bit low as compared to job designation with other Good MNC's , there are no delays in processing salaries .

I am an average student who got placed in a start up company at 1st of my career. Later I got chance in Experis IT. My message to all don't believe in rumours. First have your own experience. There will be employees who are not happy even working in Google. 2ndly I should tell this organisation has a great work culture. If you have ever faced corporate slavery this place will be a heaven for you.
Lastly, but not the least if you are an average student fresher and looking for a job. Here is my suggestion you are lucky. Being a part of fortune 500 MNC adds a lot to your CV. That's all from my side.

Recruiter are not professional.
