★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excell vehicles is one of the best workshop of Tata Motors which is giving excellent service to their customers. This workshop is having trained mechanics to cater the problem of vehicle owners. Generally there is no negative approach of their frontline employees, all the work is done as per schedule laid down by Tata Motors. We get cooperation as well as the guidance from tata motors executives. The sales team is excellent, they not only promote sales , they also take care of After Sales service, which is most important for automobile industry.

Worst servicing for commercial vehicles .they took 2 hours for washing. Labours take half an hour break for tea break. They always have issue with washing and greasing. Electricity had gone between washing for 3 times. They don't have even generator for electricity.
I have to go another center for payment because they don't have swipe machine. This time, they didnot do greasing because of machine fault.
They don't have labours for wash. Our driver is helping for washing our vehicle because we were in hurry.
Purchasing experience:
They delayed vehicle for more than 10 days because of RTO passing. Sales executive didn't mention about free servicings. I had been told that I will get only one free servicing. But, actually they provide 3 free servicings.

I have bought a Tata ace zip vehicle no MH 12 RN 8895. I had a very small accident . I have attached Reference Pictures. The total cost of the vehicle is 3.25 lac out of this . my damages you can see only less than 1%. company has charged me. Rs.25890
The insurance company sensation amount is Rs 18598 balance Rs 7292 i have to pay in my pocket.
There is no sense to pay a total amount of 25890. This is just big fraud. kindly take corrective action otherwise this company damages many customers.
