★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this broadband for 8 years, because there is no other service than this in bhimavaram. Eagerly waiting for ACT or Jio Fiber.
@excell you should improve the service and reduce the downtime. You are doing it vice versa.

I have a Internet issue and raised a complaint but no one responded almost it took 14 days to resolve the issue after making so many calls only it's got restored. The service is very very poor. My suggestion is better to go other broadbands who will take up your issue as a priority and resolve your issue.
