★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excel's customer care is one of the worst services. The customer care does not even addres the calls even if we call them many times. Though their broadband pack is at nominal rate I would never recommend to buy it. The internet would have a good connection until it has some repair ...when the repair occurs they don't respond to customer s properly , we need to call them day and night . They don't even lodge our complaint...by chance if they attend the phone they don't listen to our complaint and their response will be in high end "Tenglish"...
The have different installation charges depending on our pack. What ever the charge you pay they do a worst installation. Even a small turbulence in the air would result in damage of cables ...
"There is no professionalism in their work and in customer service! "
