They said that router was a problem so we arranged for another router and they told us to recharge the subscription then only they would hep .When i got it recharged, i called again and they are still not ready to assign a technician visit .I am calling them everyday, they take 1 hr of time and provide no solution and after some time they pretend that the call has been cut.
