Experience:-
Worked there for 5 months
Pathetic place to work.
Only thing which will force you to work is salary because they will keep on delaying it for 20-25 of the next month leaves no way go out.
Behavior:-
Can you imagine the director of company will take the briefing with abusive language.
Feed them everyday that is what they want.
Salary:-
Though most companies provide low pay scale to fresher's this one will provide even worse.
First 4 Sunday's pay will be deducted .
If you have left the company you will have to wait for 3 -4 month , though u ll have to make calls everyday talk to them then may be you could get it after some deduction.
You come 1 mint late deduction of 25 for 3 times then half day .
But there is no way out to go home on time.
6:30 is just for the trainees but if you are the employee you will have to wait until their wish
Process:-
Two process they are following one is real other one is fake.
Most probably they will ask you to do fake one.
Now if anyone wants to invest in this company,
They will be asking very genuine amount initially but that will be just 1 %of the amount they are going to charge.
All the details of the company they are showing you have almost paid 1.5 lakh or more then they do some work for them even in a unprofessional way.
