★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this wifi connection since the past 1 year. They have horrible service and I have faced wifi connection issues almost every month.
I will never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel I've committed a mistake paying for service from Excitel. It's been 1 week since I've got connection and I was unable to use it even for an hour continuous.. I bought it to support my WFH commitments. The support never arrives, I advise to not fall for lucrative offers - because nothing works here! I feel such a loser giving away my money.
One more thing, all these people who have given positive ratings and comments are actually Excitel's employees and business partners - some of whom I met personally and know. Such frauds they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed is superb, in 2.4G it gives me around 47-48Mbps and in 5G it gives me 97-99 Mbps, that's awesome, My plan is 3M , 100mbps and am so so so happy with their service and obviously their Internet speed as well. You guys should better experience this rather than reading out comments here and trust them, maybe if some of them experience low speed maybe its because of their area, it doesn't support that much bandwidth and even doesn't not support optical fibre cable but still they were using so my suggestion is that , go n experience by your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 102 days are over and still there customer care executive said please wait we esclate your complaint , Business Team is working, L2 level, Ground Team is not supporting , We are waiting for update , we mark and pop up your complaint again to our local excitel office , They only manpulate, fake , ditch, linger on the thing but not provide you even single answer, single commitment . Now more than 8 days are over i lodge the complaint but apart from word and require kuch time nothing happen and when i ask how much kuch time you require no answer, we cant tell you, how much time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.. Not able to resolve the speed issue from last 1 year.. I was having a plan of 300 MBPS but getting only 50-100 MBPS only!
Now i had requested for the refund of my fiber Modem.. it's more than 1 month still i have not received my refund yet!
WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO WITH THEM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not choose EXCITEL extremely poor connectivity. I have opted for 300mbps plan( Fiber Internet) and I'm getting 1mb speed.
Extremely bad customer service they people only tell you to do troubling shooting and nothing works. Then they always have only one option that we are forwarding it to Technical Or ground team to resolve the issue. Then ticket will close automatically. No one will resolve your problem.
They invest only in promotion of Excitel but not in the customer service.
Issues
Frequently disconnection- Never resolve
Internet speed- Poor.
Customer service- Good in trouble shooting but it's never work.
Tickets closure- Automatically without response
Advice- Kindly improve your customer service if possible.
