In starting days every plan wheather its of 20 Mbps or 50 Mbps doesn't matter it will work great then after 1-2 months the speed will start fluctuating and sometimes Low Connectivity and no Connectivity at all, they will force you to change with their new device plans or either force you change the router; and told you that speed fluctuation is very normal if you have taken plan of 50 Mbps and internet speed showing the download and upload speed as 5 Mpbs even its difficult to do speed test in this much speed, and its very normal for them, online complaint raised shows automatic Ticket issue resolved when even not resolved, the offline vendors are only the worst, guys think twice before falling into these guys traps, I cant say about other place vendors or online customer but these Mayur Vihar Phase 1 vendors, will show you their colours once you completed the payment, the owner of this particular shop is Mr. Vinod who even not dare to pick up calls and employees who pick up they even say that if you are facing issue you can switch to different company connection, I definitely did and hoping my review can make a difference and create awareness among the customer who are paying their money for their services and internet provider who are looting customers and taking advantage of this work from home situation.
