All are great in my view. My issue resolved within 5 minutes of visit there.
Very supportive staff is in store and they have a very good understanding level too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really very bad store. The staff is very indisciplined. They are very rude & not interested to resolve the issues of customers. They spend most of the their time on personal calls instead of handling customers issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In totality, it was a very bad experience it is a total waste of money and time, the system always has a problem, and the work is delayed and not done most of the time. and whoever visits please consider asking for the terms and conditions in writing. Simply consider visiting some other store.

Find out different excuses so that they don't have work - first thing they tell almost everyone is to visit another store as their system is down. Worst experience, even public sector banks provide better services these days. These stores are only negative publicity for vi, they should be closed & everything moved online
