★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go for excitel it’s my humble request to everyone i have been struggling from 90 days to get my devices refund nobody is helping out. Infact i have reached out to CEO of the company but he has also ignored my message. It’s better that if i would have taken Airtel.

In every 10 days it atleast stops for 2-3 days.
First of all lets go on speed of resolution of any complaint. It took almost a month to solve my issue. I mean we live in 21st century and this much time it takes for an issue to get solved.
Talking about local area partner, no one picked my phone and later they even blocked me and blocked all the numbers from which i have been trying to contact them.
Finally talking about call centre agent, talked to many of them, very unprofessional and when I said i can sue you in consumer court one of them replied to me, that he will see me in the court and hung up on my face.
That’s how you do the business. Very professional.
Regret why even chose them at first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service and customer experience once your connection got disconnect if isn’t get connected within an hour it means it’ll take many days or weeks. Their support team play by the rules and protocols. No technician visit and no connection follow up.. You have to make calls again and again and they come with same copy paste and scripted answer “We have escalated your concern to the respective department. We will get back to you with an update soon.”
Moral of the story is I suffered a lot you don’t. I’m writing here so that others wouldn’t trapped into it especially if you using wifi for work purpuse. Else up to you.
