★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to gave ratings below that. Worst ever service you can get. Can't call it pathetic as it is insult of the pathatic word itself.
Using the service since 7 months, promised uninterrupted problam free service However never felt so. Every 10 15 day received breakdown. Complaints not resolved even in weeks.
The customer service is like headache. Someone rightly said nobody teach common sense. Absolutely fit to the customer service of the company.
Never go for them.

Because of poor service, I have disconnected the service on 11th February & submitted all the devices but till 12th May, I have not received my security deposit back. Even there customer care service is worst, they are not responding in call or in chat, they will tell it will be updated soon but without solving the problem they will close the ticket

- Really poor customer service. No local help. The guy will tell you that he will send the technician and his number, but will never do so. He will then block your number or never pick up your busy
- they local guys at Excitel reached out after few hours to me (unknown to my review). In our conversation the technician stated his personal emergency, and said if i go to their office they would be happy to lend me the tools i need. I really appreciate this kind of support.
