★ ★ ★ ★ ★ इनसे घटिया कनेक्शन किसी का नहीं कोई ऐसा दिन नहीं जाता जब कंप्लेंट न करना पड़े और कंप्लेंट नंबर भी नहीं लगता हैतो दस दस मिनट वेट करवाकर फ़ोन काट देते है , इनसे तेज तो फ़ोन का हॉटस्पॉट चलता है, कनेक्शन हटवाने के लिए भी नहीं आते अगर आ भी जाये हटा भी जाये तो उसके बाद सिक्यूरिटी अमाउंट भी वापस नहीं देते इनको झेलने से अच्छा है फोन का हॉटस्पॉट चला लो वो अच्छा चलेगा

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic ISP. Completely fraud company. 3 times internet connection in a span of 14 days. On top of this, the internet is not working for the last 4 consecutive days, however, no action has been taken even after raising 7-8 tickets (complaints). The internet speed is also a big issue. the company claims speed of 100mps but in reality we get only only 2 t0 3 mbps. Zero customer service. No once should go Excitel.
