★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is kind of good, but there is connection drop every 2 minutes, Every night the connection goes and there is capoing, if we download a big file, the download speed is decreased immensely, like on downloading a 50 gb game, 10-20gb downloads good, at nice speed, but after then the speed goes to 150-500 kbps, cannot watch yt vids on 1080p without buffer, pathethic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a costumer of DIGI STAR Internet, many times means in a one month minimum 8-10 times internet is totally gone and sometimes it gone for 24 hour and showng no internet access, after that when i called service provide for my complaint/reaolve my issue many almost no one respond my call and no one pick call, if she/he picked my call his/her behavior is very ridiculous and talking unprofessiinal way shouted #actally the main thing is that DIGI STAR is good, but his Service Provider is not good, Please acknowledge my issue.

I will try my best to make this one a detailed one:
(1)GAMING:-
->I Seriously don't recommend gaming on this isp.
->There are huge latency issues, In games like Fortnite, i get near 20% packet loss all the time (Screenshot Provided).
->They have blocked GTA Online servers, so i cannot play GTA V Online.
->I get like 100 ping in PUBG Mobile.
->As far i have considered trying some solutions to improve my download speed, I have:
--->Tried to use Cloudflare's DNS (1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1) which is better than google dns according to some benchmarks. Still no improvements.
---->Always using LAN. Not much improvements.
(2)Overall usage:-
->The internet is not stable, It goes away every night.
->I think that they have done some capping because when i use too much bandwidth, My internet throttles down to mere ~400kbps.
->When there is a outage of internet they never pick up phone

Summary=
The connection is below average, If you are a normal user (use social media and a little bit of streaming) then its ok.
If you are a gamer like me then please dont.........................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Experience with Star Broadband Networks is very Poor, with Disaster Internet Speed Provider. Internet Speed is very poor and it disconnects every 10 minutes and when you will make a call they will take a long time to revert back to you, Their Staff is very unprofessional and doesn't have an answer on any query.
They were charging me, 900 Rs per month for 2 MBPS Speed, Unlimited Downloading which is very costly and speed was very poor, 5 MB song takes up to 10 to 15 minutes to Download, They use poor internet connection technology, They will set some box on the terrace which always get the issue with wind.
I don't recommend Star Broadband Networks to you, please don't use their Internet Connection you will only waste your time and money with them.
