β β β β β Pathetic ISP, reaching their customer care is so difficult, you cannot call them directly. Since 3 days i have been hearing technical team will call you. Paying for 100 MBPS, getting half of that as download speed on speedtest. Absolute scam. Better to spend a little more and move to Airtel.

β β β β β In the last 30 days , I have done more than 50 complaints.
15 days, internet was shut as they say having backend issues, fibre cut issues.
And when it is working , they show speedometer with high speed but actually it carries cache and when you work on real working sites , you won't get even 1mbps speed.
And they dont have any senior executives , who can solve these issues permanently . Staff is enjoying their work from home , no one is taking responsibility.

β β β β β Speed is OK but frequent drop in signal. Plan is affordable. Good part is that if you go out of town for short period and your plan is over, you can restart the service just by recharging. Customer service support is not bad.
Improvement on speed, minimum signal drop and assured restoration of WiFi within an hour will make Gigantic a good choice

β β β β β This is worst service I ever had.. Almost everyday you have to register a complaint to get 1-2 hour speed. I have took the plan of 100 MBPS but speed hardly come in KBPS.. The only reason to stick this provider that other service like Airtel/Reliance r Tata not available. If you are opting to this service think twice or better to choose whatever available except this

β β β β β The internet is never working...massive packet losses all the time.and the ping is extremely high..and when calling to get a resolution they ask me to restart the modem...yes that's the solution to everything restart your modem..

β β β β β Very poor service and online customer care services are totally zero in customer satisfactionΰ₯€ΰ₯€ despite repeated complaints you won't find solutions. as these people or their softwares are not up to the mark in handling customers complaints..they keep on passing complaints from internal one dept to another.

The internet services stop any hour of the day and the customer care says technician will contact and no technician reached me ever!!!! Sometimes the customer care number is also not reachable. My advice- choose some other ISP!!!!
