Been trying to call - waiting time infinity
Chat- instructing me with the same solution that is not working countless times
Email - telling me that an associate will come but later after waiting 2 days I see that the ticket is resolved without any visit
And here I am getting 1 mbps download and 0.50 mbps upload
Changing provider,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a worst service provider. They do not serve or provide better speed. I took 100 mbps plan and what I get is 10-20 mbps, sometime even less. I wish i would have not paid them for 3 months advance. Beware guys before choosing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connection installation took 3 hours from the time i raised the request online. For device collection, it's been more than a month , raised multiple requests online spoke to customer care and did chat with them but it's been futile. WOULD SURELY NOT RECOMMEND EXCITEL for poor service.
