★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional people with no sense of humour. Speed keeps on dropping and they will blame your router. Lots of dialogue before getting the work done. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have no manners how to talk to customers, i called them to collect the subscription fee and start my internet connection but i haven't got any response from them and when i tried calling them again they didn't pick up the call.
This is by far the worst service provider i came across in my life.
Now I'm thinking about changing the service provider because i can't bear these guys anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since morning I am calling them & Asking to check my internet connection, they are only giving excuses that Light is being cut by BSES and not even retesting my complaint, After 8 hours a guy came and checked the the wire was broken and he fixed the wire, internet started working.,, They send their technician after 7 hours!! Terrible service, i will definitely change my internet connection if I see this kind of service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I stay just next to their office and still I am facing very bad and unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Its more than a month i am facing network speed issue and everytime they come up with a new excuse. I know even this wont resolve my issue. May be the consumer forum is the right person to ask for the resolution of this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When work from home started (April) I gave them almost 7 connection including mine, still they are not very responsive.
I've during rain Their connection doesn't work, complaint many times still nothing changed, so few have disconnected and went to other service provider, I am leaving them too after this month.
