★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am excitel customer since 1 one month and have seen issue every alternate day. I raised more than 10 ticket in one month but non has addressed. Now I have raised ticket for disconnection (to collect the device and refund of security deposit) but no update since 10 days. No one picking call, no help from Customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, no one pick the call in case of issue in internet. Very frequently disconnection in the connectivity. If you are using exitel you must need to have secondary internet option.

I had done payment for 3.months. Barely 20 days only internet worked that too with disturbance .
I went to their offc to complain but no solution.
Better use your money elsewhere rather than wasting on them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The network is awesome decent speeds at affordable prices..but if you need technical support then forget about it. Customer care service is useless they will just tell you that they noted ticket and will send technician..but he wont come.
If issue is from their side then it will be solved but if its from your side ..then hire a technician yourself don't expect anything from customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no negative rating option available.. I would have given -20 on the service Outlook these guys provide to customers.
If you want to use high speed connection then need to buy assets from them otherwise it will not work. Although they do not have any technical explanation to that.
Worst worst service provider.
Block these guys wherever you see them.

This is the worst internet service I've ever experienced, I'll never buy this again and recommend to anyone..
Every time I call on customer care they asking me for 1 or 2 hours.
But It's been more than 28 hours my internet is disconnected and still not getting any response.. from local service provider or customer care service..
