★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their broadband services for over 2 years now, ever since they opened their office here near my house. in the beginning speeds were better and outages were less, but as their customer base grew i got to see their true face. now the speeds are poor, frequent outages and the support team is not responsive. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION than PLS AVOID EXCITEL.
