★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took this wi-fi when it was launched , At that time it was the one of the best ISP , constant speeds and if you call customer care they used to send executive in 30 mins and the service was best in class.
From last year the quality downed to dust.
- Regular Ping spikes
- Packet loss
- The connection goes off every day in morning time (thanks for ruining my classes, meetings and interviews)
- Every time you call customer care they will say there is a technical issue and will get resolved in 5 hours. (for real its so annoying that you can't do anything and they will keep repeating this line like a puppet).
