★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider in rohini area. The people are so unprofessional. I had to wait for 6 days to get a new connection, so you can get an estimate of how long will they take to resolve your network issues.
The distributor in Rohini area named 'Upendra' is so irresponsible that they won't even revert back to you for the delay in connection. I would never recommend Excitel services to anyone in this area. You can go in for JIO or AIRTEL , atleast they offer services on time.
NEVER GO FOR EXCITEL INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER !!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff working here are very unprofessional and not responsive also. They are also scamming people as vendor try to provide you his fiber connection at your place instead of Excitels at cost of Rs 2000( 500 ( for installation) and 1500( deposit)) and after that when you upgrade your plan they are going you to ask you another 2000 bucks as deposit for router and fiber box which they had already taken at the time of installation.
