★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICES IN UTTAM NAGAR
Have used many broadbands satisfactorily. But experiencing the POOREST Services by Excitel.
Just 20days and have to raise complaint for no services atleast 7-8 times. Though LOST CARRIER, LOST SERVICES, NO SERVICES are much more frequent almost daily.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmare.... worst worst and only worst. If you want to make your life hell. Connect to Excitel. They just did not care at all. Even excitel has left many of their sales team to cheat the money on yearly plan and then they stopped giving you internet connections. 23hrs are downtime in a day... and one issues taken 48hrs to resolved after 100 calls... pathatic.
