★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience by Wire Net & Excitel. This regional partner is pathetic. They don't respond to your complaints. Internet is never working. They will just ask you 1 more day to fix the issue. But Issue never gets fixed ever after 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, Worst , unprofessional customer service, no internet coming of excitel they are authoeized partner to take care of excitel issues. No work on tickets. From Past 24hours no internet is coming. Raised many tickets but no work was done.

Such a pathetic service I have ever seen. I getting frequently connection disturbance. I have raised a range issue concern also requested customer care executive to get this check.
Local operators are such a bunch of crook. Instead of helping.

In covid pandemic they are doing like this, Shame on you from 2 days my work is pending they didn't receive our calls fully liers sitting on a shop.
Waste of money think twice while go to their shop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic service in India , They're so unprofessional that they do not care about customer base made by excitel. The main problem with excitel is the local service providers and one of them is Wirenet . They're rude , unprofessional and cant even solve basic internet problems on time . I feel sad for the excitel team that they've local provider like Wirenet which are ruining there image so hard and they are going to loose so many customers in uttam nagar area . Excitel if you're reading this please be strict with local service provider or else leave them asap . I'm facing so many problems from last few days that now I'm going to leave excitel and will advise all of my friend's do not opt for excitel if you're leaving in uttam nagar .

Last 4 days i am complaining but no action has been taken.
And rest amount I donate u as a beggar. But don't lie with us. Worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, there is no rating(at least I don't know) under 1 star. The company's license should be cancelled. They are just thiefs. No intention to provide service to thier users. After getting no internet connection for 6 days, 30 follows on email & tickets separately and 12 calls, I gave up the service. Extremely bad service. If you are planning to buy a new connection, do not consider this isp or broker.
