★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visit Executive Furniture showroom at sodepur. The showroom interior & ambition was wonderful also all staffs are very friendly & attractive, basically Madhshree I was very impressed for her behaviour, really a nice & sweet sales girl.
Also all products are very high quality with attractive prices.

Firstly they took 20days to deliver sofa
Then they missed to give pillows and it has been 8 days they have not provided
Really frustrating when u paid all amount and didn't get proper service
First and last purchase from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Executive Furniture is a cheater and bunch of liar. I was looking for Center table and contacted them (as rating is showing good) and requested to share center table collection in stock. After receiving only 5 center table image in WhatsApp I called they to enquire and if any other model is available. In the call they assured me that there are several other model available and asked to visit the shop.
However after visiting the store they can show only those 5 center tables.
My question is when you are aware that you do not have stock why you wasted my time with False assurance.
I think whatever rating they have got till now must be given by their friends and family members.
BE CARUFULL WHILE DOING TRANSACTION WITH THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. These people dont even know how to talk with their customer. After sell service is pathetic they dont value their customer. I have ordered two sofa it was not delivered on time and no communication was sent.. when i called they raised their voice. Also after sofa got delivered i hv paid for the pillow which they have not sent till now. When called and asked multiple statement came later they shouted and stayed they cant help. No apology, no explanation, no communication was sent. For them customers request emotion time value less. I wish i could escalate it to management. Will never recomend this shop to any one..
