★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location. With the Baranagar (Dunlop) metro station in close proximity, this complex is fully connected to the rest of KOLKATA. The complex is right on BT road and is a landmark.
Construction is decent and the flats are well-planned. The Space group is reputed enough and the staff is helpful.
There are still some flats listed which offer great view of the Dakshineshwar temple, the Hooghly river and BT road, if you fancy that.
Prices are currently rocketing because of the metro station and it's location on BT road, but the complex and society is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to attend one colleague's house opening ceremony. Newly built complex consisting of multiple flats. Commutation is easier as it situates on B.T.Road itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right beside BT Road, this housing complex is providing one of the best state-of-the-art facilities for it's residents. Vast area allocated for car parking and a community hall for the residents are two of such facilities. One can directly reach Barrackpore as well Dunlop and then to the rest of the Kolkata from there easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location and a very good high-rise with a lot of air available all the time. Special mention is the view from window, it's a treat to watch. Children playing area and car parking is available.
