★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient & polite persons. I had lodged a service request with EXIDE in the evening of Saturday, as the EXIDE battery of my i10 car developed trouble starting. The technican from Battery Care attended the complaint within a few minutes and it is confirmed that my 4 yrs old battery needs replacement. They assured it will be done day after tomorrow, tomorrow being Sunday. Thanks a lot Battery Care for the great service & response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deameaning exide name - i usually dont wirte reviws but today i had to.
Their staff came in for Exide on road service and tried to replace my good battery, even asked for money for checkup of my exide battery.
1st their person didnt come with proper equipment, and then without giving me report of my battery said that battery is faulty and need to be replaced,
with doubt i went to other exide care and they checked and gave me the report which clearly shows GOOD BATTERY. checkup was done free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner himself guided me to his shop as I was new to the place. Once, I was there he told his workers to check my bike battery condition. Once, checked and did minor changes to get it working. Also suggested to change it but I denied as it(battery condition) was ok for me.
I thought it could be going charge me but to my surprise he didn't charge me of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located just behind of pal heights.Very good shop to get exide batteries.You can also buy inverters for your home.Microtek and other brand inverters.If anyone wants to charge his car's,bike's or inverter battery can get at minimal charges starts from Rs.50.

I bought 200mah battery , one Exide inverter and a trolley from them below is my observation:
1. Customer service is good, they have patience while answering our questions
2. Competitive price with open markets i had compared the price with other Exide care centres.
3. Satisfactory installation sevice , they sent the battery via bike to my address unlike other outlets which were asking for 300-600 rupees for installation.
4. Charge on card payment (they charge 2% of total bill if you pay through credit cards, which is fine considering another positives)
