★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On May 2020, I purchased 2 Luminous NXG 1400 Inverters with 4 Luminous solar panels and 2 Luminous batteries from Rishabh (Pioneer). And 2-3 days later it was installed . But the connectors were not installed to the solar panel and was instead taped to wires using black tape. Later, since November, I am trying to reach out to the customer service to come and resolve my issue with connectors. But they are not responding. Few calls were attended where the executive demanded ₹300/- for installing the connectors which actually should not be paid as it is a part of the installation and is a part of the earlier labour charge which has already been paid to Rishabh service guy during the installation of the solar panel. But I still agreed to pay extra ₹300/- And I also sent multiple reminders to the customer care executive via WhatsApp. But there has been no response so far and it has been more than 15 days.
After they sell the product, they don't look after their customers. Pathetic after sales service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont even go near this shop, they say they will give service if called but no one come after requesting for service
They are saying to lodge a complaint to company tollfree number and its been 12 days no one has called back or came to inspect.
Today had to call local technician to check and had to pay 400/- (within warranty period)
Whereas this should have been checked by dealer that to free of cost.
Dont but from them, hell dont buy luminous at all there waiting period is disastrous(no one has called back to inquire about my complaint)
