★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience at this place! They won't look after your problems once they sell you the product by showing you concern and promising you that they'll look into your problems regarding inverters and solar panels. On May 2020, I purchased 2 Luminous NXG 1400 Inverters with 4 Luminous solar panels and 2 Luminous batteries from Rishabh (Pioneer). And 2-3 days later it was installed by Mr. Kalpat. But the connectors were not installed to the solar panel and was instead taped to wires using black tape. Later, since November, I am trying to reach out to the customer service to come and resolve my issue with connectors. But they are not responding. Few calls were attended where the executive demanded ₹300/- for installing the connectors which actually should not be paid as it is a part of the installation and is a part of the earlier labour charge which has already been paid to Mr, Kalpat during the installation of the solar panel.But I still agreed to pay extra ₹300/- And I also sent multiple reminders to the customer care executive via WhatsApp. But there has been no response so far and it has been more than 15 days. Today, I called up around 10:20-30 around but nobody is picking up my call now,
As a customer, I regret purchasing products from this place!
