★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Bhubaneswar, there are only 2 service station for Vespa and Aprilia, 3S motors and Raj Motors. 3S motors provide good service as compared to Raj motors. 3S is far better than Raj motors. I own a Vespa and I have done servicing at both the center. The Manger at Raj was very rude and tries to use unethical ways to make bills and mechanics at Raj are amateur. But at 3S the mechanics know their work well and Manger provide you better service.

Today I called this centre for a parts. The guy smartly asking are u going for a full service?
So the politics is if I am going for a service then only parts are available, otherwise no parts avaialble.
This is shame on vespa service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post sale service is very poor. Not enough skilled resources. After every visit to the 3s motor service center, I faced new new troubles of my scooter. The service center do not have adequate infrastructure, spare parts and skilled mechanics.

The mechanics r not trained.
The services n parts r very expensive than as usual, u will found many taxes in the final bill which can be reduced if they want.
Very delay in delivery.
They don't have any value in their words, they will tell u the part will come in 1 week n it will take minimum 1 month.
U hv to go many times to the service centre after doing services duly.
At last I suggest u to don't buy any Vespa scooters. If u want to buy any product from this showroom better go for Aprilia SR 150, it will be a better choice in comparison to Vespas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After servicing of my scooter on 25-09-21 from 3s Motors service centre, I faced a new issue. Faced start issue. On 28-09-21, I have again visited the service centre to resolve the issue and this time they have resolved it upto the mark of customer satisfaction. Request the staff of the service centre to provide such good service to their valued customer all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service quality, most of them parts unavailable. The service manager don't give a flying f to its existing customers. No water facility making it the same dirty scooter while receiving after General service. I believe it's better to buy an auto rather than buying a Vespa from 3S!
