A reliable TVS outlet - vehicles (2-Wheelers) + Spares + Accessories + Repairs + Servicing. A bit pricey at times but better than Local Mechanics and Jyoti TVS.

Staffs are lethargic and most of them are busy with there mobile phones . Went on Sunday for Picking up the new vehicle , had to wait for 2 hours .

Staff service is not good. The staffs seem to be very busy with different calls and are least concerned about the customer. Not at all professional. I would definitely prefer to go to an alternative place.

Wrost sale never go to buy any vehicle from this center I booked jupiter they open the front panel of new vehicle plz don't visit

Horrible service, We have been trying to purchase a particular vehicle, neither they accepted the booking neither the vehicle came in time, it's now been 2 months already until we last visited the showroom they took up our contact and ensured the product to arrive in 2 weeks, every time you visit they insit that the company is not supplying adequate units, everytime they ask whether we gave our contacts, did the booking or not, knowingly!!!! It's the responsibility of the showroom to inform it's customers about the neccesities!! Unfortunately these people won't even pick your calls!!! Worst two wheeler showroom in the town, who knows if TVS is looking after these problems or not?

Well behavior of staffs, good service, but i m disappointed with the bije cleaning, they use just 1 rupees clinic plus shampoo, also they don't provide chain spray... Very disappointing, still charges 600/- servicing charge, it sucks man... At least policing must be provided naa? But no policing after cleaning... TVS must take action on these drawbacks.. Because other TVS service centers provide facility of policing + chain spray without any extra cost.

Recently I brought TVs Jupiter from Ashirwad showroom. The following are the cons and pros of it 1) The showroom has an authorisation of TVs motors since 20 -30 years (I asked from the staffs) 2) The staffs are lazy and giving poor attention to customer. I had to wait around 30-40 minutes in the showroom for the attender to deal and discuss the features of vehicle. They are also doing their other task by moving here and there and left us with incomplete discuss in between the conversation. 3) Before paying, they had not mentioned about number of years of the vehicle insurance like how much year insurance for first party and third party. Also doesn't mentioned the name of insurance company in which the insurance has to be done. 4) They do not allow for test drive.They said " First booked vehicle with token money and then test it".( As per the TVs motor company policy, the customer can ask for test drive without any money to be paid but they don't follow it) 5) We booked the scooter 4 days before the delivery day. We asked for other accessories like frame,ladies footrest, mat etc to complete it before delivery day. Even we also called him on next day as a reminder to complete the remaining works like registration, attachment of Number plate, cleaning of vehicle, accessories work and cleaning but on delivery day again we had to wait for 90-100 minutes to complete the fitting work like number plate, washing and cleaning, documents etc 6) We visited showroom 3 times around 4pm - 6pm and each time. We felt hot and sweated inside because ACs were off . Even they never asked for water to drink in all my visits. 7) At the end, when my wetted vehicle (without cleaning with dry clothes) came outside from showroom, they were asking for 100rs. They said that it was a charges for accessories fitting.but it was hidden while dealing the vehicle accessories. Yes we know that time is required to complete the mechanical, technical,and paper works. Though we gave enough time to complete remaining work but still they didn't finish at time. They confirmed the same too, but did delay. I observed that the working culture of showroom was very slow and staffs are lazy. Before leaving the showroom, kindly check the receipt, insurance policies other papers, tool kits, first aid, service manual etc because they can do the mistake like gender, email address, payment mode etc.
