★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been their customer for more than three years, but today they disappointed me. I went for a battery check up, and when they realised that it has died within warranty and they needed to give discount on replacement, they got evasive. They didn't give any clear answer and kept asking me to check details on the warrant card, which I obviously didn't carry. The guy claimed he did not know applicable discount as per the slab.
After going to another place I realised that the slabs were written on the battery itself, which this guy did not point out.
So not a reliable vendor, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I experienced extremely rood and arrogant behaviour and method of dealing particularly of Mr. Shah and Mr. Vaghela (might be the owners of shop) with me. I suggest not to deal with these Exide care Company Showroom called 'Ishaan Enterprise' ever.. If there would be any system of minus rating I would have given negative rating too....Customers, beware, please take care of yourself... Thanks.

Be careful....
He just stick EXIDE sticker on my car without asking me.its damage my car colour .
They need to learn some manners.
He also cheated me, he told me to recharge ma battery and I do so , but next day I realise that my battery was dead and can't be recharge need to replace. So he took Rs 150 from me for nothing.
Be careful.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car did not like to start well after parking it in direct sun light for 7-8 hours. While starting my car I got battery sign on the car dashboard. Thought it could the battery issue. I took my car here (Ishaan enterprise) and the technician here confirmed confidently within 2 minutes of analysis that the battery needs to be replaced. I got it replaced as per their suggestion at the same the time but still issue was persistent (same behaviour). I took my car again there and they confirmed the new battery is working well and showing proper voltage. Then I decided to get my car to company authorised service centre. They analysed the issue and could resolve it by some engine internal cleaning (not sure what exactly it is called in technical language). Now the question they (service centre people) ask me is, was the older battery really faulty ? So contacted this battery guys again and asked for some report if they have which proves that the battery was dead or the replacement was needed ? They said they do not have any report or something or no any record even that proves what was wrong with that old battery. Strange. I have some trust issues now with this shop sadly.

After 25 days it's not working and I go to Ishaan enterprise. They know that battery is not good and needs to replace , though they charged 50 rs for the same for testing and charging the battery. I refused but they stick to pay that money. So please be careful when you go there.
